Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Description
This is a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, search, email, and web. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, creating and curating digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to improve results. The role involves collaborating with design and development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, enhancing website traffic and lead generation, and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices. The specialist will also support the development of marketing strategies to promote Utility Cube Technologies’ services and strengthen its digital footprint.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, grow audiences, and engage with target communities.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for creating clear messaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
